Randal Clark

Randal is an experienced strategist, vision-architect, executive and entrepreneur that has successfully founded, operated, scaled and sold companies in the payments and financial technology space. Most recently selling his FinTech company to Bank of America in April 2021.

Randal also founded and oversaw a private, college-preparatory Christian school for 15 years, and supports a number of businesses and non-profits, including orphaned and abandoned children in the United States and South Africa. He is deeply involved in Kingdom-driven causes, investing in ideas, technology, and most of all great people and cultures.

Randal earned his BS in Marketing and Management from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. His greatest gifts are Amy, married in 1993, and his two wonderful children, Gabriel (25) and Ava (21). They currently reside in Franklin as they build out an organic, regenertative farm in Leipers Fork.
